We would like to inform you of our warehouse shipping closure dates during the year-end and New Year holidays, the shipping schedule during irregular business hours, and our customer service arrangements.

Our store will suspend shipping operations and inquiry responses during the period listed below.

Monday, December 29: Normal business hours
Tuesday, December 30: irregular business hours (*Please allow one more day for delivery than usual. 
December 31 (Wed.) - January 4 (Sun.): Shipping service is suspended. 
January 5 (Monday)-January 7 (Wed.): Business hours will be irregular (*Please allow one more day for delivery than usual). 
Thursday, January 8 ~ back to normal business hours
Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We do not accept cancellations or changes to the delivery date and time after the order confirmation e-mail has been sent.
*Due to delivery conditions and order status, we may not be able to meet your requested date during the year-end and New Year's holidays.
*Please note that during the year-end and New Year's holidays, package pickups and shipments are concentrated at delivery companies, and there may be a delay in delivery compared to the normal schedule.
