Refund policy

1. return and exchange policy
We accept returns/exchanges only within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us atPGC@transit-web.com in advance.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returning the product and shipping the replacement product.
If you wish to exchange your size, please place a new order and we will only accept returns or exchanges of previously ordered items that have not been used and have tags attached.
Please be sure to use a delivery method that uses a package tracking service.

However, we may not accept returns/exchanges in the following cases
If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you do not contact us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.
Products with no tags attached or damaged.
Merchandise that has been processed, damaged, or defaced by the customer
Products that are marked as non-returnable on the product page
Items for which the customer does not agree to bear the shipping costs.

Please confirm in advance
Please note that there may be a slight discrepancy between the actual dimensions and the numerical values depending on the product.
Inquiries regarding product returns and exchanges will be accepted by e-mail.
If we are unable to accept an exchange due to sales conditions, we will respond with a refund.
If you select cash on delivery for international shipping, your order will be canceled regardless of the contents.

Refund
Refunds will be processed through the account used at the time of purchase.

In the event that an item is returned due to the customer's convenience, such as long-term absence or refusal to pick up after shipping, the customer will be charged an additional ¥1,000 shipping and handling fee for resending the item.
If a refund is required, the shipping and handling charges will be deducted.
If we do not hear from you within 30 days of your order, your order will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.
