Shipping policy

1. shipping
Once your order has been processed, packages are generally shipped within 3 business days (please allow additional time if your order falls on a weekend or holiday).
2. shipping charges
A separate shipping fee of ¥800 per order will be charged for orders within Japan.
Free shipping applies to orders over ¥15,000 (tax included).
Even if you exceed ¥15,000 (including tax) in a separate order on the same day, we will not be able to refund you for the shipping cost, so please make a combined order.
We will ship by EMS outside of Japan. To estimate shipping costs, please add the desired items to your cart and click "View Cart". Enter the country, state, and zip code of your shipping destination and shipping options will appear.
3. changing your shipping address
As a rule, we cannot accept address changes after the product has been shipped. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact the shipping company with your order number and the latest shipping address.
Problems related to shipping
Customers can check the package tracking within Japan (the tracking number will be included in the shipment confirmation e-mail). (The tracking number will be included in the shipment confirmation email).
Tracking outside of Japan is not available. Occasionally, the carrier may not be able to deliver a package (e.g., due to poor weather conditions or size). In this case, the customer must contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for returned packages that could not be delivered. We can reship returned packages, but the customer is responsible for the reshipment fee, payable on delivery.
5. customs duties
Please note that customs duties are to be borne by the customer upon arrival of the package. Please contact your local customs office for more information on your country's customs and excise tax policies.
