We would like to inform you of our warehouse and shipping closures during the Obon period, our adjusted shipping schedule, and customer service arrangements.
During the period listed below, we will be suspending shipping operations and customer support.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

■ PGC Warehouse Operating Schedule During the Obon Period

August 10 (Mon): Normal operations
August 11 (Tue)No Shipping
August 12 (Wed) – August 14 (Fri)Irregular operations (*Please allow one additional day for delivery compared to usual.)
August 15 (Sat) – August 16 (Sun)No Shipments:
August 17 (Mon)  Irregular Operations (*Please allow one additional day for delivery compared to usual.)
August 18 (Tue) Normal Operations
*We accept orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

■Regarding Orders and Shipping:
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for general guidelines.
*We cannot accept cancellations or changes to delivery dates and times after the order confirmation email has been sent.
*During the Obon period, we may be unable to accommodate your requested delivery dates due to shipping conditions and order volume. *Please note that
after the Obon period, shipping carriers experience a surge in package pickups and shipments, which may result in delivery delays compared to the usual schedule.

■Inquiries/Customer Support:
Inquiries received during the holiday closure will be addressed in the order they are received starting Monday, August 17.
*Please note that due to a high volume of inquiries, responses may take longer than usual.
