What is OOFOS?
OOFOS® was founded in 2011 in Massachusetts by a team of athletes, trainers, and product development veterans of major shoe manufacturers.
Realizing that there were no shoes designed to absorb shock and provide recovery, they spent two and a half years developing a recovery shoe made from a new material and became pioneers in the industry.
The shoes, which use the proprietary "OOfoam®" (a high-density foam made of a special material that contains no harmful substances), combine shock absorption and recovery capabilities that are completely different from conventional soles, reducing the burden on the knees, hips, and back.
