For this graphic design project, the concept was “authentic designs inspired by vintage clothing that adults would want to wear.” The design features the “Tombi”—a local icon of Shichirigahama, where Pacific GOLF CLUB, which is also the brand’s birthplace, features the “kite” (tonbi)—a local icon of Shichirigahama, where Pacific DRIVE-IN is located—as its motif.
We’ve turned the “Tonbi” into a mascot—similar to the characters often found on vintage college sweatshirts—and incorporated it into our items through various techniques, such as embroidery and printing.

On the left chest, we’ve designed a 3D patch featuring this collection’s mascot—the “Tonbi”—and the letter “P” from PGC, creating a sweatshirt that’s brimming with that classic college vibe!
The right cuff features an embroidered logo with the lettering Pacific GOLF CLUB, and a label has been added to the right front hem.

The soft, plush sweatshirt fabric is woven with thicker-than-usual pile yarn, resulting in a substantial thickness and a rich, substantial feel.
Additionally, it uses “pre-shrunk fabric”—which has been washed and tumble-dried before sewing—ensuring minimal dimensional changes after washing.

It features a slightly loose yet classic and elegant silhouette.
An authentic and fresh design that’s a bit different from the usual look. It’s the kind of item that makes you want to buy more!
